Client charged with Possession for Purpose of Trafficking – 1 KG of Cocaine found in Home

The RCMP obtained a search warrant to search the home of the Accused. The RCMP executed the search warrant and found 1 kilogram of Cocaine in the accused’s home.

After Joel Whysall had discussions with the Crown Counsel all charges were stayed. Joel Whysall argued that the Information to Obtain the search warrant was insufficient and the evidence would be excluded at the end of the trial.
