Kasra is a dedicated lawyer who is passionate about finding solutions for his clients and fighting for their rights before the courts. His precision and compassion has earned him an excellent reputation with senior members of the criminal bar and most importantly, the trust of his clients.

Kasra takes on all driving offences, drug and firearms offences, assaults and sexual assaults. He also takes on select immigration files and public and administrative law matters. Kasra has handled charges involving criminal organization, conspiracy, proceeds of crime and money laundering. His interests include criminal, regulatory, and appellate litigation.

Kasra holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (“UBC”), where he received several awards. He was the winner of the Peter Burns Mock Trial Competition, and he was selected by Judge Harris, Judge Gaffar, and Judge McQuillan as the Spirit of the Burns Award winner. Kasra was also selected by UBC to participate in the MacIntyre Cup Western Canada Trial Competition and the Wilson Moot competition, where his team placed third nationally. Prior to law school, Kasra studied International Relations at the University of Toronto.

Prior to joining Mickelson, Whysall, Moore & Forhan Law Group in 2024, Kasra worked at two leading criminal law firms where he honed his skills. He is a key member of Mickelson, Whysall, Moore & Forhan Law Group team. Kasra immigrated to Canada in his early childhood and grew up in West Vancouver. In his spare time, Kasra enjoys playing tennis and classical guitar.
